Otherwise the issue might also be related to your progress license installation.

4GL Development System license would be required rather that OE Workgroup RDBMS to invoke pro.

		<description>Thanks for the post. I was getting an off shoot of the same error and doing the full yum install didn&#039;t get it fixed.  I eventually did a &quot;yum install compat-lib*&quot; and that got it running correctly.</description>
